We submit all dental insurance forms for our patients and assist in maximizing your dental benefits according to your dental insurance policy. Forms of payment accepted by the office include cash, debit, and credit cards.
Financing
For patients who require payment options, we proudly offer Care Credit. Contact our Patient Care Coordinator for more information.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, we request that you kindly provide us with a minimum 24 hour advanced notice. We ask for this advanced notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient who may be experiencing a need to be seen sooner.
Emergency Appointments
Our team works very hard to accommodate dental emergencies by opening the clinic early and working through the lunch hour when necessary. However, we do give priority to active, established patients.
